At Gifted Stationery, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our policy below for guidance.
Cancellation Policy

- Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
- If the payment has already been processed, a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees) will be initiated immediately upon cancellation.
- Personalized or customized orders cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

- Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return or replacement, kindly provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Pin Code of your delivery address
- Photos/Videos of the product showing the condition in which it was received
- Items that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted for return or replacement.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Reverse Pick-Up
We offer free reverse pick-up in the following cases:

- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
For returns due to any other reason, a reverse pick-up charge of INR 50 will apply.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with supporting images or videos. Our team will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:

- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refund Process

- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to collect your Bank Account/UPI details, and the refund will be processed within the same timeline.
