Order Processing Time

  • All orders undergo verification, quality checks, and packaging before dispatch.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • Personalized or customized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during checkout.

Shipping Time

  • Prepaid orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch.
  • COD orders may take 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, certain factors such as festivals, extreme weather, or COVID-19 restrictions may cause slight delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 49 is charged for all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor the delivery status.
  • For tracking details, visit our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

  • If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Delayed Delivery

  • While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
