  1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 5-8 business days for regular products and up to 10 business days for customized items.
  • Domestic shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days, while international shipping may require 12-18 business days.
  • Delivery delays due to inaccessible locations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • We use trusted courier services for secure delivery.

  1. Cash On Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within India.
  • Delivery executives will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package.
  • Fraudulent or failed COD attempts may result in the cancellation of future COD orders.
  • COD orders above INR 2000 are not accepted.
  • COD is not available for customized products or deliveries to institutions, cafes, or non-residential addresses.

  1. Duties and Taxes for International Shipments

  • Import duties or additional taxes for international orders must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • If such fees are not accepted by the recipient, Gifted Stationery is not responsible for non-delivery, and refunds will not be initiated.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment is initiated. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Personalized orders cannot be canceled if processing has started.

  1. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Customers must report discrepancies within 72 hours of delivery, or within 48 hours for transit damage claims.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Gifted Stationery reserves the right to reject late return claims.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon successful cancellation or approved return.

  1. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or other secure online methods.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Gifted Stationery and protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
